Austin Doctor Cites CyberKnife as an Effective Treatment Option for Liver Tumors

In a medical update from KLBJ-AM’s Perry Watson, Dr. John Uecker, Director of the Surgical Oncology Clinic at UMC Brackenridge, discussed new treatment options for patients suffering from liver cancer that can result in higher survival rates.  Dr. Uecker mentions CyberKnife as an option saying, “It’s a lot more accurate than traditional external beam radiation.”
